baby bassinet recolor

next up, we’ve got a recolor of the baby bassinet – IN TWENTY-THREE COLORS! this is another thing i started a million years ago but didn’t finish until now. it comes in the complete set of @nookstones‘ vibrancy palette, plus a few extra colors.

this is an override for the default bassinet. as such, it is not compatible with any other default replacements bassinets.

typical TOU, don’t reupload or claim as your own. enjoy!

Harvestable and drinkable Coconut

I love coconuts! The green fresh ones are so much better than the dried brown version. So I decided to make them for the game

Details:

——Coconut can be found under ‘Misc Appliances’ for 25 simoleons . [ Search for ‘coconut’ in the search bar for easy access]
—— Can be planted and harvested
—— Has 4 stages with custom meshes –
1) Planted
2) Seedling
3) Mature
4) Blossoming (harvestable stages)

—— Has custom harvesting action
—— Harvesting the Coconut tree gives a +1 Happy buff (‘Harvested Coconut’)
—— Harvested Coconut is tagged as fruit (Func_Fruit) , so can be used in recipes which require fruits as a cooking ingredient.
—— Coconut can be sold from inventory or using City Living Craft sales table
—— Toddler compatible (aka toddlers can eat the harvestable, play with the plant)
—— Harvesting the coconut tree will give 8 coconuts with varying quality
—— The coconut tree requires 4 tiles ( see attached pictures) and thus it is best to plant them a bit far apart. If you plant it very near to another coconut tree, the planted stage will spawn some distance away

Interactions on the harvested coconut –

1. Drink Coconut Water

– Straw drinking animation not present for base game version. When interaction is clicked, the coconut disappears and the sim gets the moodlet
– Drinking via straw animation present for the Vampire GP version
– Gives moodlet – Refreshing coconut

Buff Details

—— Drinking Coconut water will give a +1 Energized moodlet – ‘Refreshing coconut’ for 120 sim minutes
—— Gameplay effects –
1. Fills the energy bar
2. Performs the autonomy associated with Active trait
3. Increased Need decay – Hunger (1.1x) <—- improves digestion so sim gets hungry faster
4. Decreased Fun and Energy decay (0.8x) <—- Provides a fun energy drink boost
5. Increased Skill Multiplier -Fitness (1.1x), Dancing(1.1x)
6. Continuous Increase of the Wellness skill for the buff duration (requires Spa Day)

Coconut Water is very nutritious. Apart from a high amount of glucose and micronutients, it has a very high quantity of Potassium. Infact it is so beneficial, it is often prescribed for patients who have hypokalemia (low potassium) in regions where fresh coconut is freely available. Very useful for patients who are suffering from coronary artery diseases and are on drugs which lower potassium!

2. Carve out pulp ( only available from inventory)

– Give an edible pulp in the inventory
– Pulp can be eaten
– Eating the pulp gives the moodlet – Pristine Pulp

Buff Details

—— Drinking Coconut water will give a +1 Energized moodlet – ‘Pristine Pulp’ for 120 sim minutes
—— Gameplay effects –
1. Fills the energy bar
2. Performs the autonomy associated with Active trait
3. Decreased Fun Decay (0.8x) <—- Provides a fun energy boost
4. Increased Skill Multiplier – Logic (1.1x), Fitness (1.1x), Child Motor (1.1x), Child Mental (1.1x), Herbalism (1.1x), Homestyle Cooking (1.1x)
5. Continuous Increase of the Wellness skill for the buff duration (requires Spa Day)

The pulp has a lot of the same effects as the coconut water and is very soft and juicy

Don’t Prep Food Where You Angry Poop by scumbumbo (Sims 4)

Description
This mod allows you to set individual counters and stoves on any lot to enable or disable food preparation at that location. Since it uses a script to setup the object states for the objects, it should be compatible with any counters and stoves in the game (even from expansion packs I don’t have).

Two versions of the mod are available depending on your playing style. The base mod will default to NOT allowing food preparation at any counter or stove until it has been enabled. The Default Enabled version of the mod will default to allowing food preparation anywhere, but individual counters and stoves can be disabled by selecting them. You do not have to be the lot owner in order to enable/disable food preparation, so the Default Enabled version is not required for the Dine Out game pack, and once a Dine Out location has food prep enabled properly it will continue to function for that save game.

To enable or disable food preparation at a counter or stove, simply click the object and choose the appropriate choice, “Enable Food Prep” or “Disable Food Prep”. This setting for your counters and stove will be remembered in the save game file.

NOTE that you must have at least one free counter and stove which have food prep enabled in order for cooking and baking to occur on a lot. If there is no free counter or stove with food prep enabled, Sims will simply drop the food on the ground and complain about a route failure.
