Created for: The Sims 4 This typical european looking building is located in Windenburg. The exterior is fully renovated and features two car parking lots. It was built on a 20×20 residential lot and has two separate apartments. On the first floor, there is a grungy 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath apartment with all the very basic furniture (and it really needs a good redesign and cleaning). However, the second floor apartment is totally renovated and move-in ready. It features 1 spacious bedroom, 1 full bath, an integrated living area with kitchen, dining and TV room, plenty of natural light and breathtaking views from the huge skylight windows. The common areas of the building features a lobby room, a small gym area and an outdoor patio with barbecue amenities.
