I think this is as good as this will ever get so you can finally have it too. It’s a hair conversion of Kamuro’s(?) TianZifen hair, all ages both genders, last picture shows how it looks on Maxis face 2 for comparison since my Sims have tiny faces and this hair looks bit different on them than on your regular maxis sim.
Textures are combo of the original and Newsea’s, mostly latter
Polycounts are about 6300/5500 exact numbers listed in included note, original polycount was 35k so this is obviously not as smooth as the original but at least it won’t set your computer on fire
Let me know if you spot any issues on this since I’d love to fix them if I just can. The top of it looks bit funny but that’s just how it is on the original too. I did my best to sort it but it’s not the greatest part.
I wanted to learn to add slots before I uploaded this but unfortunately it’s still beyond me so instead of letting this sit in my downloads folder I thought I’d share. I did manage to make my first functional television so YAY!
Ununpentium Part 2:
Television – 422 Polys
Bike Decor – 948 Polys
Books – 418 Polys
Frames – 158 Polys
Plant – 984 Polys
Shelf Unit I – 162 Polys
Shelf Unit 2 – 154 Polys
Speakers – 470 Polys
TV Unit – 322 Polys
Vase – 50 Polys
Files are compressed and an updated collection file is included so please replace it if you downloaded Part 1. Texture folder is also included.
FYI: The TV Unit is based on a one-tile mesh I originally had it cloned from a three-tile mesh but there was a difference in the texture lighting so I changed it to match the side shelves.
This is a high quality default replacement texture of the moon on the night sky, based on a photo by NASA. If you have Seasons, any newer expansion pack or Mansion and Garden Stuff installed, I highly recommend to use skyFix to be able to see the moon.
Don’t use this with any other moon default replacements.
a preset for reshade 3.0, named for the toggleable (is that a word?) sepia filter that reminded me of old photos and my beloved story flashbacks.
toggle keys:
sepia – 4
marty mcfly DOF – 5
matso DOF – 6
GP65CJ042 – 7
reshade – 8 (this is my own personal one, idk if it actually transfers over)
MXAO (shadows) – 9
bloom – B
ambient light – J
obviously you can edit the toggles, turn certain things off (the sepia is especially an important one just because it can sometimes be a bit too orangey. for reference, the first pic has sepia off and the last pic has sepia on)
this is NOT a preset for playing. keeping reshade on for too long might crash your game. i only turn it on for screenshots.
reminders:
this file goes in:C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesThe Sims 4GameBin
to use DOF, edge smoothing and post processing must be turned off
DOF is mouse controlled; the area around your cursor will be in focus. when taking picture in tab mode, click and adjust the focus to your liking
What does this mod do? Have you ever spent a lot of time on an employee to raise their skills and then you choose to sell that store and buy a different one only to find out you can’t rehire the employee you worked so hard on? Well this mod will remove that restriction. You can now rehire that employee that you worked so hard on building their skills!
Homesteading – Part 1 – Aspiration by justJones (Sims 4)
Is your sim tired of spending money on groceries? Do they want to eat healthier? Do they have a lot of free time? Well, then this is the aspiration for them!
CaS Location It is found in it’s own, new main aspiration category: Eco Friendly. I might add others eventually as well.
Traits It also has a new CaS bonus trait: Green Thumb, which gives faster gardening skill gain, and a new aspriation reward trait: Master ‘Steader, which gives better results from gardening and fishing.
Levels This aspiration has 4 levels. The goals revolve around the gardening and fishing skills.
Please EA, Leave My Played Sims Alone by usernamealreadytaken (Sims 4)
With this mod, EA world will never force your played sims to do free work. You won’t see your played sims working on market stalls or other volunteer work.
How I did this I’ve added “don’t pick played household” filter to “sim_filter” XMLs. (I hope EA or MCCC author add an option to filter played sims from any volunteer work, festival visitor, and walkbys.)
Code: Vanilla codes: 113938
Current version: v1.0.1 – Based on v1.41 (right infobox – v1.40 is incorrect, how can I change this?) – Current version maybe not filter festival visitor. – Feel free to post a comment if you find your played sims in “You’re not supposed to be in here” situation.
